The concepts of fasting, means, fasting without eating anything or fasting for a whole day, is completely wrong. Fasting is, nothing but, a time spent for relaxing the digestive system and doing other physical exercises. Fasting should be practiced only by those people which are able to control their hunger or tolerate their cravings.

Excessive fasting is dangerous for the body. Here's a great way to get rid of clutter you don't need. Eat a full fast meal in the afternoon after fasting, then do not eat anything, avoid dinner and go to bed on an empty stomach. If you do not fall asleep on an empty stomach, you can have milk or can drink green tea before going to bed. After that you should go to bed and have breakfast at 9 am without eating anything till 9 am. This will make it easier for you to fast for about 12 to 14 hours and you will not feel hungry, as out of which you are sleeping for 7 to 8 hours, it will be easier to fast. People who suffer from gallstones or other ailments and are undergoing treatment should fast in this manner only with the guidance of an expert, otherwise they should not do so.

There were many people in our ancestry who ate only once. Such people were called monotheists. These men used to eat only once in a while at a certain time of the day and after that they would not take any food or drink, except water. So they could fast for 22 hours a day and as a result they were very fit. Wise readers should note that this information is for the sole purpose of enlightenment and I am not asking you to follow it!

Many dieters are skeptical about what to eat during fasting. No one should do  anything exceptional. As the saying goes 'any excess leads to end', while fasting, the food which is allowed while fasting, should not be eaten too much.
